Class Reunion - Location & Date Survey

Dear 1978 Classmates . . . it's been 40 years!

10 years ago many of you attended the 30-year reunion we held on the Mater Dei Campus. In a blink of the eye, 10 years have flown by and our 40th is upon us. I know I can't pull this reunion off without the help of others. While many of you are already enjoying an empty home, adult children and spoiling your grandkids. I'm still in the thick of things with two boys in college and a third entering 8th grader. I can tell you that life was so much easier ten years ago!

For planning purposes, let's start with two simple dates and locations if these two options don't work for a large number of people I'll throw out some additional options. I do believe it would be nice to tie our event to a Mater Dei football weekend, but we don't need to if these options don't work for the group.

Option 1: the weekend of August 25th in Las Vegas, MD Football takes on national power Bishop Gorman in Vegas. Many classmates have expressed the ease of flying in and out of Las Vegas and would like to do our reunion there.

Option 2: the weekend of October 5th in Orange County. MD plays their Homecoming Game on October 5th vs. Santa Margarita. This is the more traditional approach and we'd have our reunion as part of other reunion activities that weekend.
