It is with great sadness that we share the news that our friend, Karen Allen Kahl passed away last night, June 7. While we are hugely affected by this tremendous loss, we are also comforted by the fact that in Karen's last months she was supported by  all those who loved her.  The cards, letters, donations and prayers that were sent to her in her final days were profoundly appreciated  by Karen.  Karen relished in receiving all the love that she was given by her friends and family.  All of us who knew Karen will  treasure the memories of Karen's beautiful smile and particularly her ability to make people laugh.  Rest in peace, Karen.

Funeral mass for Karen will be on Thursday June 17th at ten o'clock in the morning at Saint Bonaventure Church 16390 Springdale Street, Huntington Beach 92649.

Please join the family and friends of Karen on the afternoon and evening before funeral services, for a Rosary.

WHEN:  Wednesday, June 16th

WHERE:  Heritage Memorial Services

                17712 Beach Blvd (@ Newman)

TIMES:    Visitation:  3 - 7pm

                Holy Rosary:  6pm

On Thursday, June 17th, the funeral services at 10 am, at St Bonaventure's Church in Huntington Beach will be followed by a service at the cemetery where class members and friends will be invited to say something about Karen if they wish.

Afterwards, there will be reception nearby, place and address TBA, so please stay in touch.
